Once you have reserved a property, you will receive an individual lease agreement. Please review, sign, and fax or scan back to Premier Beach Rentals. No reservation is confirmed until this lease has been received by us and the initial payment processed. Each property has requirements for minimum nights based on the time of year (3, 5 or 7 Nights).

The Amelia Island Welcome Center is a great place to start exploring Fernandina Beach/Amelia Island! The Visitor's Center is located at 102 Centre St in the historic downtown. The most historic part of Amelia Island is Fort Clinch. Construction began on the fort in 1847, and it is still standing today!

A: Each rental is prestocked with a "Starter Kit". You will have a limited supply of Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Dish washing Detergent, Dish Washing Soap and Trash Bags to get you started. A: All of our homes come with all major appliances such as refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher.
