Sarah is originally from Southern California. She moved here with her boyfriend (now fiance') after graduating high school. Sarah completed the Dental Assistant Program in 2016 and joined Dr. Moua's team in 2017. Sarah keeps the back office running smoothly and giving our patients the best care possible.

Raised on the West Coast, Dr. Moua first formed an interest in dentistry after getting to know his brother-in-law, who was a dental technician. He then moved to the East Coast to study dentistry at Boston University, graduating in 2003. A year later he completed his general residency in Fresno and then came to Kirkland to open his private practice.

Dr. Downing Moua practices a strictly comprehensive approach to family dentistry. As a Kois-trained dentist, he continually deepens his knowledge of dentistry and the understanding of cause-and-effect oral health conditions. He believes this approach to care allows for better diagnosis and long-term management of each individual's oral health, regardless of their background.
