Lou was a member of the New Hampshire State Legislature. As a member, Mr. Gargiulo introduced several pieces of legislation that were designed to benefit condominium living and proved his advocacy of condominium associations. Mr. Gargiulo has been in the property management business since 1972. He is a licensed real estate broker in New Hampshire and is a member of the Portsmouth and Exeter Chambers of Commerce.
