Transform your property with durable asphalt or concrete driveways built to last decades. Our process includes proper grading, stone base preparation, and 4-inch asphalt installation with compaction. Each project includes a one-year workmanship guarantee and edge tacking for long-term durability.
Asphalt Resurfacing
Restore worn surfaces with cost-effective asphalt overlays. We clean existing pavement, apply tack coat at 0.05-0.10 gallons/sq yd, and install ODOT #448 asphalt at 1.5-inch minimum thickness. Butt joints prevent tripping hazards and snowplow damage.
Sealcoating
Extend pavement life with professional sealcoating that protects against UV oxidation, oil spills, and weather damage. Our three-crew team completes commercial and residential projects between May and September using premium-grade sealer.
Pavement Milling

These guys should probably stick to doing asphalt. I've heard them advertising new division that does concrete and I need a 8' x 10' pad. Contacted them and after they took 3 weeks to evaluate the job they said it was out of their scope. The access to area of pad is limited, I believe they don't have the equipment or experience with pumping concrete which makes you question how much they know about it.

Company did a great job at a very affordable rate. They fixed our potholes and sewer masons. They will be back in the spring to seal the entire lot.

KCA was out paving a target in Toledo which is about 2.5 hrs away from our yard and our paver broke down . These guys showed up with a paver within 30 minutes and worked until 12 at night with us . Great guys!
