Mr. Kecskemethy received his Law Degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and a Master's Degree from the Graduate School of Public and International Affairs. He was admitted to practice before all Pennsylvania courts, and the Federal District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, in 1989.
