Ferncliff Cemetery began when 70 acres of land were purchased in Springfield, Ohio with $300 from each of the founding members of the Cemetery. The members chose to incorporate the cemetery as a nonprofit organization, so that it would always be for the people of our community. The Ferncliff Cemetery Association today consists of 25 members who must be lot owners.
