I've been using Puppy Love for over 10 years for my 2 cats. I've always had a good experience with the service, but last weekend they really went above and beyond. I had forgotten to schedule cat care for the long weekend, and called them the night before we were leaving. They basically bent over backward to make sure our cats could be worked into the schedule, and saved me a ton of stress and anxiety so I could enjoy my trip. Thank you Puppy Love!

I had a great experience with PuppyLove! I wrote to them in early December to arrange a visit while I was out of state over Christmas. One of the owners emailed me and coordinated a visit at my apartment that night to get keys and meet my two cats. The second owner showed up that night, met the cats, asked me questions about diet/care/special needs/emergency contact, etc. and then got a quick tour of my place so he knew where water, food and litter box were (he spent about 15 minutes at my apartment).
