We want you to be confident your stored goods are safe and secure. We recommend payments be made by AutoPay for convenience or you may choose to pay by mail or phone.
We refund prorated rent upon move out with the only minimum being one month. Pay only for the days you use the unit! To rent a unit or make a payment, visit our office, call 217-234-4477 during office hours of Mon-Fri 8-5, Sat. 8-Noon, or email us at storage@willaredt.com. IMPORTANT NOTES: For your protection, all rentals require: current, valid, state-issued photo I.D. or Driver's License for proof of identity.
