The lack of care given to my friends dying mother was disgraceful. There was no personalized care or consideration and total lack of respect for the elderly.

This is probably the worst place for elderly in Sedgwick county. The management doesnt care at all about their customers and will find any excuse to get rid of them or avoid them. Its truly a pathetic place for a senior center. Please, if you have any respect for your parent or grandparent, do not let them live here, it is a truly horrible place.

During difficult times due to Covid, the measures implemented has kept Mother healthy in Memory-haven. Each time we speak to her on the phone, via Facetime or through her window with masks, she says how thankful she is for the staff's care. It's a team effort with staff & family to remind her why we still can't have in-person visits.
