We have worked in the catering industry for over five years and wanted to take our expertise to the next level. We created our business model to provide our Clients a professional, warm, and inviting experience in planning their special occasion or corporate event. In our years of experience, we found that delivering high quality food in a timely manner is the utmost importance to our Clients.
An inviting array of fresh seafood including Jumbo Shrimp, Alaskan King Crab Claws, Oyster Shooters, Mexican Ceviche elegantly presented on crushed ice with Fresh Lemon and Lime accents. Layers of fresh Sun Dried Tomatoes, Sweet Basil Pesto, and Italian Mascarpone and Ricotta cheeses. Garden fresh Vegetables are marinated in Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Fresh Garlic and then grilled to perfection.
For Client's providing their own beverages Includes ice, chill tubs, disposable, all-purpose beverage ware, appropriate bar utensils and supplies. Bartender not included. Portable bar rental and bar back with linen included. Champagne or Sparkling Cider toast is included with Wedding Packages. For ALL Events, "Free flowing" house-select Champagne may be ordered for $3.95 per person for up to (2) hours service time.

I attended a book launch at a private residence on Saturday, Oct 16th. The author who was the homeowner had a lovely home overlooking the lush foliage of a wooded canyon. Everything was elegant.
The caterer was Catering On Time. All I can say is that this is the caterer I will always call when I have any event. The food was delicious, not the everyday fare. Such a variety of tasty items. Loved the skewers of coconut chicken and the skewers of perfectly prepared brussel sprouts with complimentary morsels.
In addition, the service was outstanding. Padraic moved through the crowd with offerings

I just got to experience Catering On Time's terrific array of food options twice in the few months. Padraic and Sandy were so attentive to every thoughtful detail and the food was delicious!
The first time I got to enjoy their catering food menu was at a Business Networking event/Chamber sort of mixer in Garden Grove on Trask right by the 22 freeway. So much better to have their terrific and seriously yummy charcuterie meats and cheese "tray" which was actually so beautifully arranged in an easily accessible multi tier tower. I saw this team of people work extremely well together at a party. A well oiled machine. I read the reviews and was extremely pleased with what everyone was posting! There was one post that I believe the woman, was out of line by saying a high school girl was at the bar. Why would such a person say that? Sandy and Padraic were great and the food was fantastic even though we were running late. If you really want service you MUST hire Catering On Time! If you believe what that woman wrote, check out her other posts, she likes to complain! Take my word for it, Catering On Time is a fantastic company

THANK YOU! THANK YOU! BIG THANK YOU Padraic and Sandy...for delivery our 10th wedding anniversary meal! Phil was surprised and didn't know about it until the last second. He was working in the backyard when you delivered the dinner so I put it out of site until we were ready.
The salad, lemon chicken, and the roasted potatoes were excellent. We haven't had roasted potatoes in a very long time, so this was a delightful surprise. They were very tasty!

I cannot recommend this catering experience enough. The service was outstanding, our guests loved the food and the whole experience. Padraic made the whole evening appear flawless and very professional. Excellent food quality, besides being delicious! The ease of booking the event at our home, discussing the details with Padraic beforehand, deciding on a menu all went off without a single issue! Thank you and truly cannot wait to use your excellent, professional and reasonably priced services again!

I recommend this Catering Company with at least 5 stars! They were professional, the food was delicious, meatball and coconut chicken apps and chicken Marsala, grilled vegetables , rica and a Cesar salad for dinner. Our guests thought the service , food and whole experience was just delightful! Thank you Padraic for sharing your expertise with us, we'll surely engage your services again!

They catered my son's wedding almost two weeks ago. The food was good, Sandy and Padraic were very nice and the appetizers were the best part! They were delicious! Two stars for the amount of time they took to finally serve the food. We were supposed to eat around 5:30-6, but didn't eat until almost 7 pm! Who knows what they were waiting for? Sandy was emptying dishes at the sink and the other two were standing there! They had a young high school girl serve and she may have hit the bar once too often! She ran into a pole in the backyard! The bartender they hired was horrible and left

It's hard to think of a profession hit harder by the pandemic than catering. Sandy and Padraic are amazing and have proved to be creative and flexible in handling all the changes required during this interesting year. They have developed a box lunch program that is fabulous! They have pick up and delivery available. We ordered lunch a few weeks ago and not only was it delicious it was convenient to simply pick up. Catering on Time has catered business lunches for my practice as well as delivered catering to my house for Easter and to other business functions of colleagues of mine. There are many restaurants we can go for catering but we don't get the personal service that COT provides. With restaurants you deal with employees and you're just another order.

They were punctual, very flexible in setting up, provided some last minute extras, graciously accommodated some late arrivals, and were extremely professional. I had Catering on Time come out to provide light nibbles and refreshments for an event I had on Sat, and they outdid themselves.
They not only catered to 2 diffrent diets Vegan and gluten-free, but they made the table display look so beautiful! And at the end, they packed everything up like they were not even there.
I would highly recommend catering on time! Their service is amazing, their food is fantastic, and Sandy and Padraic are just beautiful.

Sandy and Padraic are absolutely amazing! I highly recommend them. They have catered business meetings for me and made meals that were delivered to my staff as appreciation for their hard work. Always done with professionalism and a smile! They bring it all, set it up and come back and clean it all up so it makes any event as easy as picking up the phone to order and letting them do all the rest. They are great whether it's planned a month ahead or even very last minute! They help with ideas and are very respectful of your budget as well. Highly recommended!

Thanks so much for making our party a success! Fabulous food and amazing, professional service! Padraic and Sandy set up a lovely and casual buffet with appetizers hours and then changed out for dinner and later in the evening a dessert buffet of strawberry cheesecake bites!

I was fortunate enough to have COT cater my parents 50th anniversary dinner.
The food was delicious and priced very well, but, what I was really impressed with were the personal touches and their service.
Padraic, Sandy and their assistant Julie were extremely attentive to our guests and were particularly attentive to my parents. They were very observant and actually catered to the needs and wants of our guests.
Padraic was great with logistics and coordinated rented chairs and tent set up.
I feel like I contracted for caterers and got event coordinators as an added bonus.
