The idea of starting my own business has always been a dream of mine, but the challenge was daunting. In many cases, the services I would offer dealt with the largest asset of my customer's ownership, their home. After seeing the devastation from the tornados that hit Dayton, Ohio, in late May of 2019, I knew I had to start my business and use my knowledge and skills for good.
I chose the name Reformation because, by definition, it means the action or process of reforming an institution or practice. So the inspiration for the name. We all have the power to be better and by being better we inspire others around us to do the same.

It all started when I was about eight years old. My father drove around in his two-seater pickup truck with my little brother Tyler (only a year younger) and me riding shotgun. We used to help our dad with the spiral-bound paper maps. From what I remember, we weren't very proficient. When I turned 15 years old, I started to take an interest in my dad's business, so I asserted myself into the fabric of his company.
