You won't catch me pulling one of their trailers down the road. The negative reviews about quality are right. I went to look at a 7x20 tandem 7k axle utility trailer. The trailer looks great from the top, however, the underside is not painted, the wiring is all vampire crimps and the wiring is not protected. Worst of all is the welding. The channel angle was rough cut and not welded. You can see in the picture that they "tried" to weld the top of the channel, but it doesn't actually connect. This level of construction is disgraceful, especially on a heavy equipment trailer.

Prices are unbeatable anywhere in Texas. Great quality trailers. Great customer service; very friendly. I've bought 2 car haulers from them and their great. Only thing I'd recommend is better Ramps. Ramps are made for ATVs at best instead of cars/trucks.

Quality is not a priority! Incomplete welds. First time I used trailer without razor on it to block air on tailgate, latches didn't hold " incomplete welding"and tailgate fell on freeway.

Picked up a trailer today and everyone was very helpful. The ladies in the office got me in and out quickly even though they were extremely busy. The guys in the back were very knowledgeable. I will be coming back for all of my trailer needs.

Absolute Horrible Service! If I could give zero stars, I would!
-Ordered trailer with two optional items to be installed and documented on order invoice.
-TTS called me week later saying trailer was ready...when I arrived, both items were not installed. Their response was, "well....we can order the parts to install them onsite, but unsure when we will receive the parts"....as if it was an inconvenience for them. I let them keep the trailer to install the two items I initially order.
- TTS called me two weeks later saying trailer was ready.....when I arrived, only one of the two items were installed

Bought a trailer back in May. Have had good luck so far. The trailer made a 2,500 mile round trip to Colorado with no issues. Staff is very friendly. Had a pin hole air leak in one of the rims (not the tire) at about 2 months. Took the rim in and showed the owner. He replaced it immediately. Couldn't have asked for better customer service.

Worst customer service possible!!! I found a trailer I wanted to buy on their website, I started calling them at 9 am almost every hour to confirm if they had it in stock so I could come get it (calls went straight to voicemail). Somebody finally returned my calls at 3pm and tells me they do have it in stock, ready to be picked up. I drove across town with cash in hand to buy it, I got there at 4:30.
I walked to their office and there is a girl standing at the door, blocking the entrance. I told her I was there to buy a car hauler, she interrupts me before I finished telling her that I had already
