We believe that Jerry Fedewa is one of the best builders in the Lansing Area. He has years of experience, uses the highest quality materials, he picks the best plans, his homes are solid and beautiful. And best of all he has a great crew he works with. We bought one of his model homes at the end of 2013. He and his sons have been very professional and helpful in the process. All promises were kept.

After we lost our condo in a fire, Jerry Fedewa Homes literally brought it back from the ashes. From tear down, to the final walk through, we couldn't imagine a better build partner than Jerry, his wife, and four sons. They helped us improve the original design, adding quality and function. The few times we weren't happy with something, they were fair, responsive, and worked with us, to make changes. I would give Jerry Fedewa Homes five stars!!!
