So convenient! I stayed for 9 months while at the college. They let you go month to month on the lease, so no need to sign a year or more. Rent ($725/month) was very reasonable & included my power, water & cable. It was nice not having to deal with deposits at the local utilities. My apartment even had a marsh view! The office & maintenance staff were so nice & super accommodating...Kathryn was very helpful.

My wife and I were here for about 7 months. We loved our time. Our apartment was cozy and had such friendly neighbors. The office staff were so nice and helpful. Maintainence was great, whenever we needed something fixed it was done very quickly. Going to miss it here, really enjoyed our time!

I moved here about w months ago from a local hotel, and I wish I'd been able to move when I first located this place! The office staff are great, the maintenance people are prompt and courteous. I had an issue with the toilet and the a/c went out, and both times, there was someone there within 10 minutes of my call. I didn't get that kind of service at the hotel I was at! The unit is very nice and airy. I love the stove after having only a microwave. It has a full size fridge, a nice counter for eating at, and a big closet. The only thing I wish it had is a window that you could open, but I can

Very reasonable accommodations, but the real highlight is the management and neighbors; nicest people you will ever meet.
