Our patients are treated to personal, one-to-one, manual treatment and education which ensures the quality of our services as well as promotes trust through transparency and patient awareness. Sports and Back Rehabilitation is owned by physical therapists, and is not a physician- owned physical therapy service provider - this position offers numerous benefits and is preferred by most patients.
Meet the Owners

Jacqui earned her Masters and Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Neumann University. Her passion for physical therapy began during her own rehab to her knee while playing highschool and college sports. She began her career at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, however, her love was always in outpatient physical therapy and in 1998 she found her place at Sports and Back Rehabilitation.
Direct Access

In 2002 Congress passed legislation that allows patients in Pennsylvania State who need Physical Therapy to go DIRECTLY to their Physical Therapist to receive an Evaluation and Treatment. A Prescription will not be required to receive Physical Therapy treatment. Our therapists are direct access licensed which allows you access to physical therapy without seeing your physician for a referral.
