Randy has inspected two homes for me. He is thorough, honest, and kind! He is THE BEST in our area. I have witnessed another home inspector in the area use fear mongering and even advertise home inspection & renovation which, in my mind, is a conflict of interest. Fosters Home Inspection understands codes and regulations and applies them appropriately when inspecting homes. Randy Foster is honest and true.
