DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Ive asked for management to get back to me numerous times, still no response. I purchased 4 areas of cool sculpting after a consultation with the Nurse that had 10 years of experience. After I purchased she quit. So they had to cancel my 1st appointment the day before. THERE WAS NO ONE TO DO COOL SCULPTING CAUSE NO ONE WAS TRAINED! So I had to wait till some Nurse got trained. Wait am I a guinea pig? So weeks later I got a appointment. I purchased the DMH Aesthetics Light Shield back in December last year. I love the product and it has been part of my daily routine since it arrived. However, the arm of the shield has broken. I had noticed, that bits of the plastic arm had started to chip away where the hinge is and as a result the whole arm broke off the hinge. Two weeks later one of the nose pieces broke off as well. I care for this light shield immensely, so the fact that it has broken is surprising and quite devastating. Prior to coming to DMH, I had done consultations with 5 other clinics in LA because I wanted to make sure I was finding a clinic that I would provide me with the best care.
