Schedule In-Person Appointment: You're appointment will be in-person at our clinic located at 1190 Hereford St, Glen Rose, TX 76043. Please note before scheduling: If you are needing to schedule an appointment for any controlled substance (ADHD meds, pain, etc.) it has to be an in-clinic appointment.
