We use a laser welder to perform many repairs that just 15 years ago could not have been done. James has over 20 years of experience on the laser. He can safely work around heat sensitive gemstones without risking any damage that a hot torch would cause. The laser has made the repair a restoration.

James is a second-generation goldsmith, who started his love of making jewelry at a very young age watching his father create one-of-a-kind, hand-carved wax models in his studio in Amherst, NH. His father, Fran, in 1993 then moved into downtown Manchester at 1000 Elm St. then to 889 Elm St. where he closed his Manchester location to semi-retire and just work out of his Center Harbor store.

We work with each customer taking the time to search through thousands of diamonds to find the right one for you every time. James has several different large diamond dealers and is able to get your diamond delivered to us, for your inspection.
