Dr stotts is a good guy and doctor but his staff on the other hand definitely could use an overhaul. They are not very helpful and they are terribly rude when you call. I ordered a pair of glasses and contacts from them recently. It had been 2 weeks and I was getting ready to leave town we called up to see if the contacts were in and was told that they get orders every day and when they come in they will call. So I left town and called them 2 weeks later to see why I still haven't got a call and it turns out that yes my contacts had been in since the 10th. I had made the phone call to inquire about

Dr. Stotts is laid back, professional and great with my kids! All staff is friendly and greets with a smile willing to help us out (even with undecisive kids over frames ).
