FELE Prep was founded by Dr. Lynette Fields, a former public school teacher, administrator, and university professor in educational leadership. Dr. Fields - a 31 year veteran in public education - has authored or co-authored several articles and textbooks on topics related to administrator preparation.

The Florida Department of Education has revised the Florida Educational Leadership Examination (FELE) to meet the Florida Principal Leadership Standards and Florida Educator Accomplished Practices. You will need to pass all three subtests. If you don't pass one of the subtests, you only have to retake that subtest of the FELE instead of the entire test.

We recommend Modules 1-4. Module 1 prepares you for FELE Subtest 1, Leadership for Student Learning. Module 2 gets you ready for FELE Subtest 2, Organizational Development, and Module 3 organizes you for FELE Subtest 3, Systems Leadership.
Module 4 offers detailed information about the FELE, preparation techniques, test taking strategies, and ways to reduce test anxiety or register for FELE Prep's one day intensive seminar where hard copies of the modules are provided.If you have failed FELE Subtest 1, FELE Subtest 2 or a portion of FELE Subtest 3, we recommend that you order only the module(s) that you need.

Seminars

FELE Prep's virtual subtest specific seminar is 2 hours for each subtest, typically with one subtest review being offered on rotating Saturdays. Our FELE seminar is very thorough and well organized, as Dr. Fields reviews all the content for the particular subtest of the FELE, provides instruction and resources for complex concepts, and offers additional practice items with feedback.
Tutoring

Please contact Dr. Fields to schedule session, pay for session, and discuss session goals. All payment is by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, and Discover).
