Maria has been great to work with. She is available by phone, text, and email. She is quick to respond, patient, thorough, and incredibly kind. Her extensive network of subcontractors has been able to help us with all aspects of our remodeling projects. For example, we tried on our own to go directly to businesses for work/quotes and were met with, no, not possible, or that will be custom and very expensive, and when we let Maria take the lead she was able to find us multiple quotes for windows and skylights specifically, and all for less than what we were able to find on our own.

I would like to thanks Maria deeply. I called 50+ handyman companies, they all can not do my work, only Maria! I got her number from referral. She is so nice, and so detail to explain everything to me. It is my first time to handle this kind of issue, I do not know anything about it. She is so nice and patiently to describe and explain everything to me. Highly Highly recommendation. When every time I have issue with my property, I will think Maria at first! highly recommendation!

We purchased a condo in Laguna Woods and needed new flooring. a friend who lived in Laguna Woods referred us to Project Build. e had a challenging project too, they need to match a curve in the existing tile with the new flooring. Maria and her teams did such a fantastic job. We were so please we hired her team to redo all the flooring and paint our house before putting it on the market. We sold the house in 1 day and at over the asking price, which would not have been possible without Project Build doig their magic. I highly recommend Project Build!!

Being an investor doing house flips, it is important for me to stay on budget. Maria of Project Build is a joy to work with. She listens closely to my needs and goals. I am fortunate that she also helped me with the design and source reasonably priced finish materials. I will definitely recommend her. They were on time in finishing the renovation and stayed on budget. More importantly, she kept me in the loop on every phase. Their customer service is remarkable!

Project Build Construction and Interiors went above and beyond on my kitchen remodel. They installed new cabinets, counters, sinks and backsplash. They also did a great job on the island. Maria was so easy to work with and she found some great materials within my budget!
