A husband, father, and grandfather, Cal has been in the construction and remodeling industry since 1991. He started his working career as a property manager of multi-unit dwellings in Maryland. In that position, he was responsible for hiring and managing contractors and maintenance staff. He developed a passion for remodeling and decided to start his own hardwood and tile flooring business.
In the early 2000s, he and his team worked for custom home builders in Arizona installing flooring in multi-million dollar homes. When the housing market crashed, he and his family moved to Orange County in Southern California. Cal was raised by his parents in South Carolina who took pride in Southern hospitality.
