She completed her Dietetic Internship at Kansas State University. She has been recognized by her alma mater as Entrepreneur of the Year and serves as an alumni board member for the College of Human Ecology. She served as the President of the Oklahoma Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics for many years and worked with the Oklahoma Eating Disorder Association as a pioneer in the field of eating disorders.
Carol also serves on the internship board at Oklahoma State University. They want to control their blood sugar, lower their cholesterol, or just feel a lot better - more energy, more alive. Your first appointment will generally last one hour, some are longer due to the complexity of issues being covered. We will be discussing your health history, your struggles and frustrations regarding your health and nutrition issues, your goals and how we can be most helpful to you. Your dietitian will evaluate and assess how to approach your specific nutrition and health concerns.
