Harold was our repairman. Courteous, respectful, and hard working. We had a new dishwasher installed and the original installer almost ruined the dishwasher. Harold came and did an amazing repair....it's like new!

They diagnosed the problem correctly. However, it took Kitchen-Aid over three months to provide the part. When the part finally arrived, Gabe promptly made the repair.

Jason was extremely friendly and communicative about our washing machine. He diagnosed the problem quickly and then returned to make the repair as soon as he had the part. He was professional and courteous, and explained what he was doing so we understood the problem. He also confirmed that the washer was working properly before putting it back in our closet to make sure we were all set, even though the repair had taken longer than expected and he had other jobs to get to. DC/A-OK is one of the only licensed Whirlpool repair places in the area, so it can take a while to get on their schedule, but
