The office staff and Drs. are great BUT the scheduled pricing to have a YAG procedure done is extremely unfair. I was charged $350 for the procedure (which is proper) but then charged an ADDITIONAL $150 for an office visit on the same day! This office visit is necessary to do the procedure. I feel it only fair that it should be included in the actual medical procedure and not on top of it. If the procedure was not necessary, I could see being charged just as I would be charged to have something assessed and not use the service. But to have BOTH charges is a little bit unjust. JMO... Therefore,

I had a Cornea transplant in 2/2021. I researched and decided on Sightline. Dr. Phillips did my surgery and I cannot say enough good about him. He is one of the best!!! Dr. Carver has done all my after care and is so attentive and excellent in his part of this that I can say my eyesight is AWESOME! From the girls at the front desk to the nurses, I feel so comfortable and at ease here everyone is always so friendly I forget I'm in a Dr 's office! And that is saying alot

I had to have Keratoconus Surgery and I was referred to Sightline. The surgery and what to expect was spot on and great. The billing was a very different story. I was told during the consult that I would have to pay my deductible up front and then everything would be covered and paid in full. Well that was not the case. A month or so after the surgery I receive a very hefty bill. When I called, they said that I had a co-insurance and there was no way they could have known that. I explained that the possibility of this happening was not even explained. They apologized and said they would be happy

Had cataract surgery in June and July. My eyesight has never been better. The whole experience with the doctors and the New Castle office staff far exceeded my expectations. I would recommend them to anyone needing cataract surgery!!!
