When I needed a new garage door opener I called Koops and they arrived within a half hour and did the job. When I thought there was a problem with it a few weeks later (there wasn't), Ed arrived to look at it in 20 minutes! The employees are knowledgeable, professional and nice as well. I think that's pretty amazing, especially these days.

Can't say enough good about my experience today with this company. My garage door went haywire a few weeks back while closing and it became quite damaged (beyond repair), to the point it would not budge even manually. Being a handy guy, I ordered a new door to install myself but it's not coming until early September. My plan was to just leave it be until I got the new one in, but I got tired of not having full access to my garage - I just wanted the door to be manually operable. So on a whim I called Koops. Never heard of them, but they were fairly close by. Spoke to the owner, and within an hour

I just got my new garage door from Koops today and am blown away at how it makes my home look new! I also love how quiet it is! I highly recommend their team - extremely professional and helpful. I did not know what to choose for my door and it was all explained what would be the best for my home and budget. I am so thrilled with my new garage door and only regret that I didn't replace it sooner!

This is THE place to call for your garage door needs. Came home from work to find the torsion spring broke. Left a message after hours and received a call back with 15 minutes. Came out the next morning to fix it. Extremely professional. Bill was exactly as quoted on the phone. Arrived for appointment early and finished very quickly. Even performed routine maintence on the rest of the hardware at no additional cost. Will definately be calling Ed again for any garage door needs and would highly recommmend him.
