At B&M Market we pride ourselves on carrying only USDA Prime Steaks. Our steaks are full of flavor and very tender due to the dry aging process. We carry a large variety of steaks from Filet Mignon, NY Strip, Cowboy and Cowgirl Rib-Eyes, Porterhouse, Tom's Special (a customer favorite), Flank Steak and Skirt Steak.
