Having grown up in the cold, dreary north, my dream was to come back to the South to raise my children and find my forever home. My wish came true when my husband was hired to work in Seneca and we moved our family here in 2000. I thought I had moved to Camelot. It seemed like it only rained at night, the sky was so blue and the lakes looked like emeralds!

Wait a few minutes and watch - the water should break up the toilet paper, and the soap should help it slide down the pipe. If the temperature outside is below 35 degrees, the heat pump loses efficiency and may not be able to keep up. Inside will be about 2 degrees below what the thermostat is set on.

Visible exterior areas around the rental property such as decks, stairs, porches, railings and grounds are to be kept free of all items that clutter and detract form the appearance of the property. This includes, but is not limited to: trash, boxes, storage receptacles, trash containers, yard tools, and personal property, etc. Unfortunately we cannot allow trampolines because of the liability to the home owner.
Owner Information
Report
The owner is responsible for direct advertising costs incurred to rent his or her rental property. In most cases it is not necessary to advertise the property beyond yard signs and our dynamic website. Owner's checks are mailed out on the 15th of each month and direct deposit is scheduled on that day.
