Arrived in our almost new X5 to check out the new Bronco (not the sport) and not a single salesman approached. We spent over five minutes looking at it have the money. We definitely didn't look like lookeeloos... their loss.

I went to the collision center to get some work done. Got the run around by the collision centers manager about getting the work completed. He would never return my phone calls. Well he did once.... I finally had to contact one of the owners Doug Book. Once Doug got on top of things the work got done, and Doug also kept me in the loop. Very good communication from Doug!! This review would have been a 5 star rating had Doug been my 1st contact. Would have been a 1.5 or 2 star rating had Doug not taken the reigns! I will definitely use Carriage for other services and to purchase vehicles!!

We purchased a new Mustang from this dealership. Our sales person was Brad and he couldnt of made it any easier for us! We drive through the lot late on a Friday. It was cold and dark and he came out to talk to us. At first we said Just looking but as we were leaving changed our minds and went back. Within an hour we were driving it home. We were very pleased and will be back again. Thank you for everything!
