Periodic cleaning is the best way to maintain the condition of your awning. K&C can clean and protect your awning by applying a UV sealant. This will protect the integrity of fabrics as well as the color and avoid the unnecessary expense of premature replacement. We recommend cleaning an applying UV Protecting sealant every two years.

Car Dealerships

This is our basic wash package. Your vehicle is completely rinsed then dried with a shammy cloth to the upper area. We provide this service on a weekly basis. The bottom sides of any vehicle and the roofs of trucks, SUVs, and vans will not be dried due to the visibility of the film left by drying. To terminate service, this package requires a 30-day written notice.

Sealing concrete surfaces prevents mold from building up on concrete surfaces as well as protects from stains. K&C services drive-thru's for both restaurants and banks as well as sidewalks, trash dumpster pads areas, parking garages and strip malls.
