Please call the office and let us know approxiamately what day and time you will be arriving. You will be issued a welcome packet when picking up your keys. Inside is a lot of helpful information we've put together. You will also find a check in sheet, take a few minutes to look over the apartment and note any damage we may have missed.

You may also pay by Mastercard or Visa at the office or by phone at (618) 549-0335. If you wish us to debit your credit/debit card every month, you can print the credit authorization form and mail it in or drop it off at the office. The insurance carried on the building covers only our buildings, not your personal belongings.

Diana is amazing! She's good at making sure things get done when they need to get done and is patient and helpful when you have questions or concerns. My apartment was clean and well maintained. The apartment itself was big, bright, had a huge closet, and a beautiful front yard! All that for only 400$ a month!
