Gilday did a spectacular job of designing and renovating my kitchen. They transformed a dark, cramped, dysfunctional space into a beautiful, bright, well-designed room that is a joy to work and dine in. Everyone with whom I dealt at Gilday was professional, competent and pleasant. The designers had creative solutions to knotty problems that none of the other contractors and designers I consulted were able to deal with satisfactorily. The craftsmen and subcontractors all adhered to the highest quality standards. The firm stuck to the budget and timetable. Most remarkably, they went far beyond expectations

Over the past 11 years, we've used Gilday for two major projects -- refinishing our basement and renovating our hall bath -- as well as for numerous smaller projects. Most memorably, Gilday repaired the damage when our 70-year-old living room ceiling suddenly and inexplicably collapsed on Christmas morning, earning my eternal gratitude when one of their employees came over that morning to secure the room.
Gilday's work is meticulous, and they stand by it long after it's done. Their designs are clever in the way they adapt old spaces to meet modern needs. Their employees are not only highly skilled

My husband and I are so happy with Gilday Renovations and their entire team. The project has exceeded our expectations on all aspects from architectural drawings to the addition itself. We have had top notch customer service from everyone. Jon Patterson arrives every morning before 6:00am with drawings in hand and the whole team works hard every day. The porch and patio are gorgeous. We highly recommend Gilday Renovations for all your ideas and construction.

I highly recommend Gilday Renovations. Kevin Gilday and team gave me the kitchen of my dreams. I waited years to start this project, interviewing multiple design firms. Gilday was a terrific partner from start to finish. Their in-house architect, designer, and on-site project managers were all professional, caring, and talented. The kitchen project was a complete redesign & included the removal of a supporting wall. Then I made the decision to expand the project to also include hardwood floor installation on 1 complete level of my townhome, extensive painting, and a powder room renovation. All

I have spent a good chunk of my lifetime and nearly my entire professional career working with construction contractors of varying size and focus and my experience with Gilday Renovations was my first such experience that was completely stress-free. The process at Gilday, from the earliest design consultations all the way to final punch, is characterized by professionalism, honesty, transparency and care. We contracted with Gilday for a nearly whole first floor renovation of our home, including a complete kitchen renovation, that was completed ahead of schedule and right on budget. Gilday was
