Recently I had a visit at New Haven and enjoyed a delicious lunch. Not only did the lunch look pretty but it was so delicious! The dessert was over the top! So much love at New Haven. When you walk in you instantly feel like family.

Placing your loved ones in the care of others is a big step and takes a leap of faith that they will provide a great environment and experience for your family member and all residents. Thankfully there is Newhaven in San Angelo. I give them excellent reviews overall. The building provides a home like feel and it is very small which gives residents lots of attention. The staff is really what makes this place a winner. They are always very friendly, caring and ready to assist with any needs. They work very hard. I observe them moving and going at all times, making sure the residents are comfortable

The staff at New Heaven in San Angelo,Texas were absolutely awesome with my mom. The room was beautiful and comfortable feeling. Could not asked for any better. Just sorry we did not find them sooner. Appreciate everything thing the staff did to make her last 6 months so peaceful.

My mother was a resident at New Haven for two years until she passed away. Looking back I would never have placed her anywhere else. Management changed hands while she resided there and it became an impeccable living arrangement for Mom. I am super excited to see how this facility grows with the new Administrator. She is compassionate, loving, caring and patient. She wears many hats in a 24 hour day. I see her take charge personality, extreme knowledge with elderly, dementia and Alzheimers and it is so heart felt. The morale of the staff is extremely noticeable. It is a like home environment and

It is such a home and family atmosphere at New Haven. Mom loves the food. They have an excellent chef in the kitchen. The staff is always good to ask me if I would like to join mother for lunch or supper and I do take them up on this at times. I have to say that the food is delicious! It always smells so good when they are cooking. It's just like being at home. I must also say it is a big help to have access to a wheelchair accessible van for transportation to doctors appointments for mom. This is something that New Haven has needed for a long time and I am impressed this has been implemented

I been working here since June. I really love working here. I love the residents and their families.THE EMPLOYEES WORK VERY HARD TO MAKE SURE EVERYONE IS HAPPY AND SAFE.WE WORK TOGETHER AS A TEAM. This would be a Great place To bring Your love one here.

I would have agreed with many of these comments posted a few months ago. But not now. New Haven has changed so much. They were having problems with quality of food, keeping staff, activities training etc. A huge change has been made over the last few months. Several employees were let go including the administrator due to previous mentioned complaints. My father has lived in the memory care unit for almost a year now and I would not recommend any other place. The new administrator that has been brought in is top notch.
