MITCOM was formed to provide an 8(a) platform to respond to the increasing needs of our government customers for professional and IT services, and communications infrastructure. MITCOM, its employees, and partners offer extensive qualifications to meet client needs.

Since its formation, MITCOM has supported the US government with a variety of specialty services which include fiber optic cabling, maintenance, and sustainment for government-owned infrastructure IT systems, instructor and course management, electromagnetic and electronic warfare support services, as well as niche overseas construction activities.

MTNT provides a variety of government and professional services to new and existing clients, with readily available and experienced project managers who provide quick solutions and employ efficient communications strategies and training, often with cleared staffing. MTNT provides specialized military training, computer training, strategic and crisis communication, IT security and infrastructure, project management, and technology services.

MTNT subsidiaries are eligible for 8(a), HUBZone, DBE and small business government contracting. MTNT provides cleared staffing and secured services to government agencies in energy, IT strategic communications, training and operations, maintenance construction and construction management.

As 8(a) certified, Alaska Native Corporation (ANC)-owned small businesses, MTNT subsidiaries are eligible to receive sole source awards up to $100M dollars without justification, and awards over $100M with justification.This enables us to rapidly respond to any customer requirement.

Board of Directors is comprised of nine individuals who participate in strategic planning, policy development, and financial guidance for the corporation. Each of the four villages are represented including McGrath, Takotna, Nikolai and Telida. The Board's focus is to ensure the realization of the intent of the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act, which is to provide a means for Alaska Natives to gain financial independence.
