I really wanted to give them 5 stars because there was so much promise in the beginning. Amber came as a recommendation so I had high hopes for an easy and seamless experience.

Calling them and getting someone out to do a bid was easy. They have someone in the office and she is organized and responsive. That is where the great service ends.

Amber came in at a significantly higher cost on the proposal than the others that I was considering. I was hesitant, but decided I didn't want to go cheap on my floors so I hired Amber. I was told it would be a quick 1/2 day job. The installer

We used amber flooring years ago and it was great to know we could count on them for another hardwood floor refinishing. Calvin from Amber Flooring came out and knew what he was talking about making the process easy and comforting. We booked them in and they came out, were professional and did a GREAT JOB :) Best part was they carefully matched the flooring from the main room to the closets (which we decided not to do). Amazing matching with the level and coloring. Plus they matched the coloring perfectly with the next room that wasn't getting done. WOW they knew exactly what they were

Amber flooring did an awesome job on our older SF condo! They seemlessly connected the old and new planks so that you can't tell the difference. Love the stain I picked with their help. Kim was very responsive and friendly. The crew were professional and pleasant. All in all a great experience and I highly recommend them.

We had several contractors evaluate whether to tear out added flooring and reveal and refinish the original wood from the 1910's. They all said "Not worth the time and effort". People would rather keep piling inferior product on top of beautiful wood than make the effort to refinish. Not Amber Flooring! Tony immediately said "We can do this". Amber flooring removed: carpet, vinyl and bamboo flooring and revealed beautiful fir and oak floors! They were not daunted by the task. The underlying flooring, though not perfect, has lovely character and warmth and could never

We had amber install new vinyl plank floors in our townhome and are very happy with the results. The floors are beautiful and really put the finishing touch we wanted in our new home. We were lucky enough to work with Rob who was great for many reasons. He was super informative when we first reached out. We had no idea what we were doing and Rob talked through the whole process with us while also showing us the various options we had. Once we chose a product, Rob was incredibly easy to work with. He was super responsive to communications and on the rare occasion when he didn't answer his

I could not be happier with the job Amber Flooring did on the brand new floors they installed and stained in my new home. They were punctual, courteous, and very responsive. Initially I had some concerns when the first coat of stain was lighter than I wanted. We worked it out and Amber Flooring was very conscientious about ensuring I was pleased with the revised stain before they applied it to the entire area. I highly recommend Amber Flooring for trouble-free, reliable service.
