History & Mission

After 4 years in commercial carpentry and building houses, Steve started S.F. Pauli Builders with one employee in 1977. The business incorporated in 1978 and continued to grow as a general contractor in Peoria. A large portion of our work was on historic homes in the Moss/Bradley area. In 2015 with an eye toward retirement, Steve began partnering with Jeremy Lowrance, owner of Rustic Oaks Lawn and Grounds.
