Delivery options are available and prices are based on distance. For longer distances, Per diem may be added to cover the cost of sending a crew to your location the day before and/or to travel outside of normal business hours. Set up and tear down services are available and charged out separately based on the items we are required to handle.

No, we do not refund. Our policy terms explain that your down payment is non-transferable and non-refundable. If your event has been derailed due to a pandemic, act of God, war, or natural disaster, we have modified our terms to allow a transfer of your order to new event date. Restrictions will apply.
