Our therapists will utilize any combination of these styles according to the client's need, preferences and the scheduled amount of time. Since we began our practice in 1993, we have seen few techniques that compare with the transformative changes of myoskeletal release.
Preparation
Report
Hydration before and after your massage is very important: it helps remove toxins out of the body. In the average session, clients dress down to underwear (no bra). You will be very safely and comfortably draped with a sheet and blanket. However, we are comfortable working with fully clothed clients if that is your comfort level.

The assessment is the way we collect information that you present us. The intake form that you fill out is what guides our initial assessment. The assessment process may only include conversation or may include the use of standard orthopedic assessment that may help reveal the source of your condition.
