While in college Dr. Carmicheal studied biology and chemistry with a goal of a career in health care. But he worked in a hospital one summer and didn't agree with what he saw. Dr. Carmicheal continued he education in graduate school at Kansas State University. While practicing in his church's choir, Dr. Carmicheal met a chiropractor.
