I give them my highest recommendation! And the installers were great. We were on a tight schedule and they went out of their way to accommodate! Timely, personable and professional are just three words I have for the installers. We will definitely use them again!!

Big John was extremely helpful with helping us choose a carpet that was the right fit all around. The installers were very through and polite. The house looks great now and it was all done quickly and was affordable.

The customer service was horrible. Took my rug there to get a piece cut out and edged. Was told it takes 2-3weeks. She said she will call when done
Waited 2 months. Finally went there, was told he is just working on it, will be done in 5 min. He brought it out it was cut but not bound. I came back little while later the rug was done. This guy asked if he can help me, did not get up to give me a hand just ignored me. Finally a young man came and helped. I guess they didn't make enough money on this so I didn't deserve attention. Will not go back.

I was there for at least ten minutes and nobody said one word to me. I do now take into consideration that they were dealing with a situation but we all are really. Because I appreciated their response I will consider purchasing some flooring from them when I do my next project. The prices seemed quite competitive. I will continue to update if I do.

This company is amazing! From picking out the carpet to install, everyone was fantastic. Big John helped us pick out the carpet we needed for having 5 dogs and got us the estimate in a timely fashion. Mike and Bill, the install team, called prior to showing up and even showed up early. They did a fantastic job and were so quick with the install! I highly recommend Carpet Clearance Warehouse!

They were even able to accommodate our needs and quickly get our home scheduled for an install without a long wait time! The in store carpet selection was also a great experience. I was provided with all the information I needed to select the perfect carpet for my home. We are incredibly happy with our purchase, quality, and experience!
