Hello, my name is Melanie Bond and I am the Owner of Curbside Driving School. I would like to take a moment and tell you a little about myself. I have been an Instructor for several years and absolutely love what I do! I have devoted many hours to becoming the best instructor I can be. I frequently attend continuing education seminars.

Complete an approved Driver's Education Course. The state of California will allow you to complete the required course either In-Class or Online. The student will then take the written test to obtain the permit at the DMV.
You will need to provide a Birth Certificate, (original from the county you were born in), Social Security Card, Driver's Education Completion form as described above, DL 44 (application signed by Parent(s) or Guardian, two proofs of residency, student will wait to sign at the DMV and an application fee of $36 payable to the DMV.When you pass the written test, the DMV will issue you your provisional instruction permit.
