The first guy to come out, Will K. was an hour and a half late. Never received a courtesy call stating the tech would arrive late or an eta, I the customer had to keep calling for updates. When I called I needed an aqua stat replaced and my boiler to be serviced. He replaced the aqua stat but had set the temp on it to 250 (supposed to be 180). Instead of finishing the job and taking responsibility for not doing his job properly he proceeded to tell his boss that he told me the customer how to finish the job and laughed at my husband when he had a question about his services.
