Like most people drawn to the professions of helping and healing, I want to serve and positively affect the lives of those I touch. I believe in a holistic approach to health that starts with self care. I am absolutely inspired when I see women taking care of themselves, feeling great and aging beautifully.

Many of them are my clients, and they know that massage therapy can be a powerful tool for good health. Twenty years as a massage therapist is considered a long career, the average is six. For many, working in a continuously quiet environment that requires intense concentration leads to burn out. However, I thrive in the silence of a massage session.

These shorter sessions booked more frequently is recommended to treat injuries or chronic pain areas like neck and shoulders. Book a 60 minute massage to get a full body therapy session. There will be plenty of time to address any problem areas and get the benefits of deeper relaxation.
