Services
Artisan Breads
Our artisan breads combine traditional techniques with premium ingredients to create naturally flavorful loaves. Each bread undergoes slow fermentation and hand-shaping to develop complex flavors and textures. Orlando restaurants and hotels trust our sourdoughs, baguettes, and specialty breads to elevate their menus.
Pastries
Handcrafted pastries feature buttery layers and fresh ingredients for breakfast and dessert options. From classic croissants to seasonal specialties, our pastries maintain flaky textures and rich flavors. Hotels and cafes serve our pastries for breakfast programs and special events.
Baked Goods
Our baked goods include crackers, flatbreads, and specialty items like bragels and granola. These products use the same natural ingredients and artisan methods as our breads. Restaurants incorporate these items into charcuterie boards, breakfast spreads, and take-home gift packages.
Wholesale Distribution
We provide daily deliveries of fresh breads and pastries to Orlando's premier restaurants and hotels. Our wholesale program includes custom order options and consistent quality control. Partners receive product training and marketing support to enhance their bread service.
Farmers Market Sales
Direct-to-consumer sales occur at multiple Central Florida farmers markets weekly. Customers purchase fresh-baked breads, pastries, and specialty items directly from our bakers. This program supports community engagement while maintaining product freshness standards.

Horrible place all around. Bread and pastry are stale. Very dirty environment, even seen rats strolling around. Gross. Employees are rude, not to mention that I couldn't even communicate with the language barrier. Please learn how to better manage your business to further your success please. And hire an exterminator asap.

Went to the east end market location and the lady working on Saturday March 30th was extremely rude. If you dont like customers why do you even work there? We walked up to look at the bread, less than one minute later the lady says Im about to walk out Im not going to wait on you, you need to make a decision. We were there an hour before the shop said online it was closing. Dont go its not worth it

Love! Love this place! The bread is absolutely delishes!!! There is so many different choices its hard to decide what to get so I end up bringing some home and freezing what I dont eat right away and when I defrost the bread it still taste great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were very professional. I would definitely recommend everyone to go and see what real bread taste like.
