Locked out of a new house and needed help in a hurry so I could move in. They came really quick and even communicated with me when they were slightly, 15 minutes, delayed due to traffic. If you live in Southern California and can't understand a slight traffic delay, then you've got bigger issues. They came to a quick economical solution and completed the job in minutes. Friendly service with experience, couldn't ask for any thing better. I can't thank them enough for helping me out of a jamb.

Unfortunately, they allow their after hours staff to do as they please with very little professional communication. The dispatcher answered the phone with "hello", then asked me to contact the driver myself. I was promised a 15 minute ETA from the dispatcher which turned into waiting and calling for an hour and a half. The driver wouldn't answer until called multiple times in a row, after which he proceeded to tell me that he knew the building and my manager would let me in (though this is the locksmith listed in the Security procedures for locked out residents). They made an appointment but never came and when I texted to ask if they were going to make it after the time I still never heard from them! I'm super easy going but I find it extremely disrespectful not to respond especially a business and I chose them originally to support local and a veteran but not when they think there time is more important then mine

I was looking for lockout service since we were locked out of our car. We needed to get to a wedding and were completely blindsided to find out all our stuff plus possibly the car key itself was still in the car. What happens next is amazing.
I call these guys and in less than twenty minutes the locksmith shows up to my apartment. He makes quick work and opens our car fast and even offers to help us look for the key. I didn't get his name but he was super friendly and professional. The price was more than reasonable. Don't forget to mention their yelp special. All in all, these guys
