This property has been advertising for months they have 3 bedrooms available, however every time I call to inquire about one, Im told there are none available. Apparently both their management approved ads on Zillow and Trulia are wrong and theyve been trying to get it fixedfor 2 months!?!

1. We have paid every month, on time, no problem, even early and yet they are RAISED our rent.
2. If you have an issue, they will tell you they dont hear it, see it, smell it, etc. Eyes covered, ears shut, nose plugs on.....Sigh
3. Poor to no accessibility. Especially parking.
4. Luxury.... they are nice enough, but not for $1,000+ a month and rising (for people that pay on time). And maintenance (spread thin), they work as hard as they can. Also cooking smells. Ick ughhhhh.

Had a great experience during my visit at The Pines! The staff was so welcoming and helpful. Nice clean grounds! Would definitely recommend calling The Pines home.

1. Exceptional management team where Mr.Jeff, Miss Katina and Miss Shayla works very hard to make sure the residents are always taken care of.
2. Great neighbourhood with helpful and courteous neighbours.

The staff at The Pines of Roanoke made my out of state transition an easy one. Shayla is just terrific in every aspect and made me feel welcomed and at home. She answered all of my questions and demonstration nothing but excellent customer service and professionalism. The apartment I am in is super clean and modern.The grounds are very clean and neat. My neighbors are quiet. The Pines is conveniently located near many stores, banks, gas stations, houses of worship and more. Highly recommend.

We have lived here at The Pines for almost 4 months and have had a great experience so far. We moved from a house, and to a different state with a family of 6, so were nervous about going into an apartment and the issues that could arise, but the office staff is wonderful and friendly and responsive, the maintenance are there for you very quickly if you have an issue, and are also friendly and personable, and the pool and BBQ and tennis courts are awesome! Also, neighbors have been great and it is such a pretty area with great schools. My kids also love how the office makes and hands out cookies

This place has great management, I received excellent and professional help from Shayla, she is great! They have responded quickly in an emergency. I love that they are pet friendly. Very helpful and respectful neighbors. I would highly recommend.
