As a courtesy, we can bill any insurance as an Out-Of-Network provider. We provide Superbills and accept HSA cards. It is a patient's responsibility to verify acupuncture benefits with the insurance provider. Coverage varies greatly plan by plan. In addition, we provide affordable cash rates if you are underinsured or have no insurance.
