We understand there are times when you must miss an appointment due to emergencies or other obligations. However, due to our high patient demand and limited availability of appointments, we have a cancellation fee. If an appointment is not cancelled in advance 24 hours (regular appointments) and 48 hours (cosmetic and surgical appointments), you will be charged a fifty dollar ($50) fee that is NOT covered by insurance.
