Coming from similar backgrounds, Aristo Gaspar and Leon Cedillo connected through their love of cooking and creating new dishes. Aristo opened his first restaurant in Stafford, TX called Raizes Mexican Kitchen. They teamed up in 2017 to develop catering services for local offices, venues and car dealerships.
Their most notable partnerships to date are with the Houston Astros, Rockets and our local Univision 45. In addition, we host and help coordinate high-end events. We have a range of experience spanning from the most intimate breakfast to the most EXTRAVAGANT gala.
